Scores Holdings, the most recognizable brand in Gentlemen's clubs, has announced the addition of James "Hollywood" Rusaw to our Executive team as our Chief Brand Officer (CBO). This newly created role will focus on the brand strategy of Scores - both supporting our current Licensees & identifying future clubs that will benefit from the power of the Scores name.

James started his career working with clubs on the east coast learning the business with an owners mind. Valet, Front Door Concierge, Floor Host, VIP Host, and Bartender were a few titles to begin his journey. Next was Club Management and then into the rarified air of being a club owner. When you are an owner/operator every job is your job - including the head of Social Media, accountant and eventually a broker when it comes time to sell.

After a successful remodel & relaunch it was time to sell the club. The next step in the evolution was to be a Club Consultant nationwide. Armed with the comprehension to understand all aspects of operations it has been invaluable to be a consultant to others in the industry who may need a brand refresh, interim leadership or new ideas to find their cash flow.

A few words from James..."First of all I want to thank all of the Executives from Scores for this opportunity to work with the most iconic brand in Adult Entertainment. When I started my career the dream of being part of Scores to me was reaching the pinnacle. As a CBO for Scores I want to focus on 3 things that are important to any successful organization - Collaboration, Communication & Cash Flow.

I'll be able to partner with clubs to focus on brand identity. What is Scores - a brand with Class and sex appeal. What will Scores be? We need to elevate the brand from the success of the 90's, 2000's and build for the future. Whether it's being a mentor to a future owner, helping an owner recapture revenue or coach a young employee, I am here to be a key ingredient of what makes Scores THE most iconic brand in history.

We represent Palm Beach, Tampa, Chicago, Mooresville & of course Las Vegas. Job #1 is to speak with our current Licensees and build a solid relationship with trust and value at the core. As we scale we will be selective on who we choose to be part of the Scores family but marketing & acquisition conversations will begin immediately.

It's been one amazing ride - eighteen years & I've either assisted, worked or visited 255 clubs across the country...this business is a science. Now it's time to tell the story of the Stars of Scores...Can't wait to write the next chapter!"
